April 16, 2009 Luther Forest seeks construction, real estate consultants

Luther Forest Technology Campus economic development officials are searching for consultants to provide construction management and real estate development advice to campus officials on future construction projects.
Companies with experience in large-scale property developments, technology parks, business parks and mixed-use projects are encouraged to submit a proposal to the Luther Forest Tech Campus offices by 4 p.m. April 30.
ﾓConstruction at the campus is a top priority now and [we are] eager to ensure we identify and select proven experts,ﾔ Tech Campus President Michael Relyea said.
The campus plans to have at least one consultant lined up to provide advice as needed on real estate and construction management matters. Selected companies or consultants will be paid hourly. It is an anticipated that 10 to 15 hours of work will be needed, although the request for proposal indicates that there will be no guarantees.
Those interested must file their proposal at the Luther Forest offices at 28 Clinton St. in Saratoga Springs.
